  • What is the minimum order quantity?

    The minimum order quantity is 1000 units.

    It is usually within two months after the contract is signed.

  • What are the payment methods?

    When we quote for you, we will confirm with you the way of transaction, fob, cif, cnf, etc. for mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and70% balance against copy of documents. the most common way is by t/t. l/c is also acceptable.

  • How do you ensure the quality of your products?

    We strictly control from multiple links to ensure that product quality meets standards.
    First of all, we have established long-term cooperation with suppliers who are fully qualified and have a good reputation. All raw materials must pass multiple inspections such as material testing and performance testing before being put into storage, so as to prevent unqualified raw materials from entering the production process. Secondly, in production, we adopt standardized production processes, implement strict 5S management within the factory, 
    and regularly calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure production accuracy. After the products are offline, sampling tests will also be carried out.

    Yes, the machine comes with a color box and an outer carton, and both the machine and its accessories have their own exclusive plastic packaging bags.

  • What information do I need to provide to get an accurate quote?

    Customers can refer to our company's product catalog to select the machine model they are interested in and decide whether customization is needed.
    Customers also need to provide the delivery address to choose appropriate delivery and payment methods.

  • How can I get updates on the product progress without visiting your company?

    If customers want to know the specific production progress of the products, they can contact the corresponding salesperson for information.

  • How to resolve the issue if I haven't received the items?

    First, check the logistics tracking information through the logistics company's official website or the tracking number provided by the freight forwarder to confirm whether the goods have arrived at the destination country and whether they are stuck in customs clearance.
    If the goods are lost, stuck during transportation, or the tracking information has not been updated for a long time, after identifying the responsible party, inform the customer or provide compensation.

  • How is your after-sales service?

    With production facilities and technical teams, we can provide comprehensive technical support and after-sales service.
    We can assist you in solving production-related issues and offer maintenance and upkeep advice.

  • Can I order samples?

    Yes, once the customer confirms details such as the product model and machine color scheme, our company's R&D department can customize and assemble samples according to the requirements for confirmation.

  • How much is the sample fee, and can it be refunded after ordering bulk products?

    The sample fee depends on the specific situation and machine model, and it is generally free or around 200-300 yuan.
    Once the products are ordered, production will start, and large-scale returns are not allowed. If there is a partial malfunction in the product, the customer can contact the salesperson to get a replacement with a new machine.

  • Do you provide quality assurance?

    Yes, our machines come with complete certifications and testing reports.

  • Do you support providing samples?

    It can be provided according to customer needs.

  • What is your monthly supply capacity?

    About 40,000 units per month on average.
